Highlighting Text
3.31.23 – discovered a bug with the Highlight option in the Block Toolbar dropdown menu > Highlight.
Example: Highlight this text using the theme’s primary red.
Then, try to change the primary red to another color.

On Janet Smith’s Home page, I was unable to change the highlight color to a custom color. What happened instead is the background changed to yellow.
Of course, now everything works correctly. Go figure!

Ways of Seeing: Painting – Photography – Printmaking
Exhibit runs from March 25 – May 20, 2023
Twenty-five photographs from my series, Images from the Boatyard, are included in a new exhibit in the Gallery at the Old Schwamb Mill (17 Mill Lane, Arlington MA). This show features the work of three Arlington artists, Cathy Garnett (printmaker), Janet Smith (photographer) and Richard McElroy (painter). Come to see works ranging in depiction from concrete naturalism to intriguing abstraction. The Gallery is open Tuesdays and Saturdays from 10AM – 4PM. Closing Reception is May 20 from 2:00-3:30.

We are testing the self-hosted font, Neuton. Is the URL path correct? Is the CSS correct?

Custom Grid – no control over column number – Thumbnail Image Size (crop: true)
Can resize so they’re all the same height, BUT can’t control the number of columns. Image size setting has no effect on actual size.
Masonry – Manual Thumbnails – gallery 1801
Masonry – 5 columns – Thumbnail Image Size (crop: true)
No cropping even when thumbnail is changed manually.
