I save things “just in case”, and so began this project with a collection of paper scraps and early morning light coming into my house from one window. I cut, folded, and curled pieces of paper and placed them on different backgrounds to see what shapes and patterns would appear. When the light came into my window each morning, I had to work quickly. I moved with the light until I ran into walls and ran out of light.
